Basement Remodel I

Existing tile floors in the kitchen and bath were removed along with the carpet in the bedroom, and engineered flooring was put down to match the existing in the nearby living room.

In the kitchen we matched and expanded the existing cabinetry to house a larger fridge, designed and installed the custom wine center and coolers, along with updating the appliances, new countertops, sink and faucet, installing a new chandelier and undercabinet lights.

For the bathroom we pulled out the old shallow tub and replaced it with a proper deep soaker, installed the new tile and barn door enclosure, and had a beautiful rustic vanity built with a spalted maple top complete with vessel sink and faucet.

Outside is the outdoor kitchen, featuring a workstation sink, ice maker, fridge, built in gas grill, side burner, and a range hood capable of producing a windstorm two counties over.
